We are the first luxury safari lodge ever built in West Africa, and Ghana’s highest rated property on Trip Advisor, and now we add Ghana’s most exclusive meeting destination and designer conference venue to that list. Hosting your meeting at Zaina will make for an unforgettable experience for your guests and participants alike.

Our tented meeting room is a unique gathering place, perfect for a strategic leadership retreat, a board meeting, a management team building event, or senior-level annual planning gatherings.

The venue offers a unique fully air-conditioned tented room under a vast thatch awning in keeping with the décor and style of Zaina Lodge.

The room can accommodate up to 40 participants, in a variety of seating arrangements.

We offer full day, half day and overnight conference packages suited to your budget and needs. These customized conference packages combine meals with morning or afternoon mobile safari excursions and/or morning or afternoon adventure excursions such as canoeing on the Mole River to break the stress of a day of meetings.

The place is superb, the staff are attentive and really do everything to make the stay as smooth as possible. Thanks to Osman and Moussa who were awesome during our safari. We only stayed one night as we had a plane the next day.

I recommend staying at least two nights to really enjoy it. We will be staying there longer next time.
